Proudly Northland born and bred, Gavin spent most of his early life in the dairy industry, beginning with share milking and farm ownership and then moving into rural sales for the Livestock Improvement Corporation, where he became a District Manager. 

 

His move into the construction and renovation industry was driven by his son’s 20-year involvement in the building industry. We could see that we had complementary skill sets and moved into the rural building sector with barns and sheds
